In UPSC, some people keep getting failure continuously for many years, but they do not give up hope and stop only after fulfilling the dream of civil services. Today I will tell you the story of IAS Namita Sharma, who got success in UPSC after a long struggle of about 7 years. Even after failing five times, Namita did not give up hope and achieved success in the last attempt. 

Namita had cleared the SSC CGL exam during her UPSC preparations. After selection, she used to work as a tax assistant. There her seniors told her that she deserves more than this job and that she should start preparing again. Her officers not only supported her but also gave her tips to crack the interview. This helped Namita a lot.

IAS Namita Sharma's early education took place in Delhi. After intermediate, she got an engineering degree and after that she worked for a few years. When she didn't feel like getting the job, she decided to prepare for the Civil Services. You will be surprised to know that she had to face failure in the pre exam 4 times in a row. Despite this, she did not lose courage and kept working hard. During this, she showed amazing patience and kept moving towards her goal.

Namita Sharma failed in the pre exam four times, but in her fifth attempt she reached the interview round. Her name did not figure in the final list. Instead of getting disappointed with this, she took it in a positive way and her self-confidence increased a lot. The effect of this was that she fulfilled her dream.  Namita Sharma got All India Rank 145 in the sixth attempt.

Namita Sharma IAS Strategy

Namita Sharma believes that good strategy and time management are the most important things to get success in UPSC. She says that you should not get discouraged if you fail and try to improve your shortcomings. According to Namita, the journey of UPSC can be long at times, so keep yourself mentally strong and keep moving forward. With hard work and good strategy, you can achieve success here.
