The answer is straight, No, you don't need to possess any great percentages or marks in your any classes such as 10th, 12th and Graduation. 

People with lowest percentage got succeed in this exam. So, If you have really low marks in field, don't worry, you are going to get through, just focus on your study. If you are in 12th class, you have 3 or 4 years to prove yourself and If you are in graduation then you have the least time, just prepare honestly.
